Mahmood is a veteran investment banker with over 20 years in the fields of Transaction Banking, Financial Advisory, and Portfolio Management in Pakistan and the GCC. He Led investment banking teams in a multitude of advisory mandates, including sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, strategy development for multi-asset class investment portfolios, policy development, as well as business and financial modeling.
Mahmood is Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with a Master of Business Administration in Finance and A Bachelor in Computer Science. Hassan is a veteran business administrator and operations expert with over 25 years in the fields of Banking, Financial Services, Pharma, and Construction where he led change and operational efficiency in several organizations. He is also a successful entrepreneur establishing a wholesale and retail business, leading its growth for a period of 5 years and successfully achieving full exit in 2021.
Hassan holds a Bachelor’s degree and Masters in Business Administration. Kashif holds a bachelor in Pharmacy, a Master in Business Administration, and a Master in Public Health.
